Piedmontese beef cuts

The Following Cuts of Meat are Available:

FILET MIGNON. 8 oz. of pure beef so tender you can cut it with a fork. 1 ½" to 1 ¾" thick.

RIBEYES. 10 oz of steak Only 2.82 grams fat compared to 54.3 grams of fat for USDA choice beef. 1 ¼" thick.

NEW YORK STRIPS. 14-16 oz steaks. 1 ½" thick. Tender and lean, with a big taste.

SIRLOIN. 8-10 oz steaks. 1 ¼" thick. Only 0.47 grams fat.

T-BONES. Typically 8-10 oz, 1 ¼-1½" thick, the best of all cuts.

Steaks are available in bulk.

Ground Meat. This is ground meat unlike any you've ever tried. Cook it and see – no fat to pour off, no rancid taste or bone chips. Only 1.91 grams total fat, 109 total calories and 31 mg cholesterol per 3.5 oz. serving.

Roasts: a limited number of SteamShip Round, bottom round and sirloin tip roasts are available.

Ground meat and roasts are available in bulk.
